Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Export Executive to efficiently handle export operations, ensure customs compliance, and optimize processes for clients. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and manage merchandise export activities 2. Advise clients on local and international customs regulations 3. Efficiently resolve shipping, documentation, and customs issues **We are looking for** a highly motivated Export Executive with experience in efficiently and securely managing export operations within a customs brokerage agency. This role will be critical to ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and international trade policies, as well as optimizing our clients’ export processes. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage all activities related to merchandise export. * Prepare and review customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. * Advise clients on local and international customs requirements and regulations. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and terminals to ensure proper execution of operations. * Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade laws and policies. * Efficiently resolve issues related to shipping, documentation, and customs. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications. **Requirements:** * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as an Export Executive, preferably within a customs brokerage agency. * In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade. * Advanced proficiency in using computer systems and customs management software. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills. **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization and attention to detail * Adaptability * Leadership Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.89 \- $16,000\.37 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Logistics experience: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
