Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to governmental and private agencies. * Monitor the status of procedures promptly and resolve issues. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and archives (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports for assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations.
