We design dishes that combine flavor, technique, and purpose, carefully attending to every detail of the process to deliver consistent, innovative, and high-quality gastronomic experiences. **Position Objective** Execute and lead the preparation of plant-based dishes according to Mora Mora’s standards, ensuring flavor, presentation, service timing, and strict compliance with hygiene regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare plant-based dishes following recipes, technical sheets, and brand standards. * Coordinate and support the kitchen team during daily operations. * Verify dish quality. * Comply with and enforce hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Control portioning, waste, and proper use of supplies. * Assist with inventories, receiving, and rotation of raw materials. * Report operational incidents and improvement opportunities to the kitchen manager. **Required Profile** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook A or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and professional kitchen processes. * Knowledge of good hygiene practices. * Operational leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Focus on quality, organization, and execution. * Flexible availability for work hours. **We Offer** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. * Growth and development within an expanding brand. * A professional, creative, and collaborative work environment.
