




JOB MISSION Accurately, quickly, and confidentially enter, verify, and update information in databases and computer systems, contributing to the proper handling and safeguarding of information. RESPONSIBILITIES * Enter and update information and manage it across various platforms. * Receive, classify, and record information. * Digitize documents and organize files. * Generate reports and statistics. * Maintain order and control over physical and digital files. * Provide administrative support related to the department. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Extensive experience using the Aspel platform. * Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word). * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * University education. * Experience in similar positions. * Interpersonal skills. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Developed communication skills for interacting with staff and the general public. * Ability to express oneself and communicate clearly and correctly, both orally and in writing. * Ability to follow oral and written instructions. * Knowledge of the list of projects occupying the company’s activities.
