




Gen invites you to join its team as an OFFICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES Management of cases for client B, including registration and handling by responsible personnel. * Identify areas of opportunity. * Investigate customer requirements and needs. * Generate and interpret performance reports. * Support the customer satisfaction evaluation process. * Handle basic quotations derived from digital marketing, traditional campaigns, or organic growth. * Communicate customer requirements to internal company departments. * Update database (contact information, tax details, operational data, contact emails, among others). * Support commercial activities that enable achieving private sales budgets. Position Purpose: * Ensure proper case management to provide adequate service to client B. * Identify areas of opportunity within processes to establish continuous improvement actions enhancing customer experience. * Support the commercial and general management efforts in achieving the sales objectives outlined in the branch's annual budget. * Execute local digital marketing campaigns. * Key responsibilities include: contract updates, quotation of basic services, interdepartmental coordination to ensure service delivery, report interpretation, database updates, follow-up on improvement plans, and coordination with central offices to implement initiatives.
