Responsibilities: If a Training Agent with DC5 certification to issue DC3 certificates and knowledge of the SIRCE platform, it will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of document updates on the EXACTIAN platform of Tenaris Tamsa. * Ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding Ecology, Safety, and Hygiene. * Submit documentation related to safety, hygiene, and environment for contract validity according to the work site established by the client. * Ensure contractor activities comply with Safety and Hygiene policies. * Perform document updates on the EXACTIAN platform of Tenaris Tamsa. * Deliver safety talks according to the work site established by the client. * Prepare internal memos, assignments, and requests according to the work site established by the client. * Disseminate policies, guidelines, and procedures relevant to the department and applicable throughout the company. * Train all personnel in ecology, safety, and hygiene to establish a safety culture across the organization. * Communicate information to staff on critical procedures and current regulations. * Evaluate and recommend preventive actions to reduce applicable risks based on identified risks and current regulations. * Report accident statistics. * Review and prepare risk analyses, work permit management, risk prediction, safe work methods, and job safety analysis, as well as all necessary documentation for the beginning, duration, and completion of activities. * Ensure studies, analyses, and evaluations are carried out to identify potential risks, and mitigate and control hazards affecting personnel, facilities, and company products/materials. * Verify that tools and safety equipment are in good condition. * Technically document requirements for safety and first aid equipment. * Verify the use of safety equipment, prevention measures, and general compliance with the Safety Policy. * Conduct effective audits, safety folders, logs, * Coordinate supply management for the work area. * Any other activity not mentioned herein, requested by their direct supervisor or team leader in charge of services performed. * Availability to adjust schedule and travel when required to the city of Cordoba, to deliver audit folder documentation, reports, conduct staff training, attend management meetings with supervisors and company owners. * Age between 28 and 40 years, optimal health condition, DC3 certifications, experience with STPS regulations. * Certificates and documents validating their HSE resume. * Valid documentation: Current INE, CURP, updated Tax Status Certificate, updated Proof of Address, Academic Certificate, Birth Certificate, Social Security Number, INFONAVIT withholding notices, FONACOT or child support payment notices if applicable, Driver's License, current Letters of Recommendation. * ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT TO RESIDE IN THE CITY OF VERACRUZ.
