Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Specialist to monitor the daily operations of branches, prepare reports, analyze information, and track incidents, supporting operational and administrative management. Cinebox/Cinebox Play/Henry Cinemas has over 40 years of experience in the film industry and various operational areas; currently, we manage film programming, distribution, and exhibition nationwide. · We are looking for a highly talented Monitoring Specialist to join our team. · Responsibilities Daily monitoring of operations across 11 branches (sales, attendance, incidents, and process compliance). Preparation and updating of Excel reports: Daily and monthly sales Branch-by-branch comparisons Key performance indicators (KPIs) Operational incidents Analysis of information to identify: Sales or attendance deviations Recurring operational failures Areas for improvement Tracking of incidents reported by branches (maintenance, systems, personnel, vendors). Validation of information submitted by branches. Preparation of executive reports for management. Support in operational and administrative audits. Ongoing communication with branch managers. Safeguarding and organization of databases and digital files. · Skills and Competencies Strong numerical analytical ability. Information organization and control. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple branches. Clear and effective communication. Incident tracking and resolution. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Ethics, confidentiality, and accountability. · Required Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory) Intermediate Excel Data validation Conditional formatting Word: report and minutes preparation. PowerPoint: executive presentations (preferred). Outlook / corporate email. · Additional Knowledge Interpretation of basic operational and financial indicators. Management of daily and weekly reports. Preferred knowledge of cinema operations (box office, concession stand, screenings, intermissions). Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in a related field. IMPORTANT: Availability to work the following schedule: MONDAY: 11 AM – 11 PM; one week from WEDNESDAY to SUNDAY: 10 AM – 6 PM, and another week from 3 PM – 11 PM, with TUESDAY as day off. · The skills and requirements listed above are essential to succeed in this role and ensure achievement of our goals.
