Primary Responsibilities Operate the point-of-sale system. Perform procurement management, ensuring timely acquisition of products and materials necessary for the business. Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers. Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries. Foster close and effective communication with suppliers. Handle returns and warranties strictly in accordance with established procedures. Required Profile Knowledge of return and warranty policies. Ability to interpret requisitions from various departments and translate them into precise purchase orders. Familiarity with technical specifications, product requirements, and quotations across different industries. Experience coordinating procurement for medium- and large-scale projects involving multiple suppliers simultaneously.
