Support in performance evaluations and training plans **Mentory Grupo Consultor is seeking a Human Talent Analyst in Boca del Río, Veracruz** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for: **Human Resources Analyst** **Restaurant Group** **Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Attraction and selection**: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring. * **Onboarding and administration**: Manage onboarding of new hires, maintain up-to-date personnel files, and coordinate benefits. * **KPI analysis**: Monitor key metrics such as staff turnover, time-to-fill positions, and workplace climate. * **Organizational development**: Support annual performance evaluations, training plans, and emotional salary initiatives. * **Payroll support**: Track attendance and incidents, and manage internal administrative procedures **Requirements:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (particularly Organizational), Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields. * **Technical skills**: Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office suite (especially advanced Excel), and knowledge of local labor legislation. * **Soft skills**: Strong analytical ability, assertive communication, organizational skills, empathy, and conflict resolution capability.
