Availability to work between Veracruz and Boca del Río. **Requirements:** **Education:** Certification in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or equivalent experience in high-end restaurants. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as a Dining Room Captain or in a similar role within a seafood-focused restaurant environment. **Requirements:** a. Excellent communication and customer service skills. b. Ability to lead and motivate a team. c. Knowledge of service and quality standards in the restaurant industry. d. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems effectively. e. Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in the restaurant industry. **Special Requirements:** a. Prior supervisory experience in the hospitality industry. b. Food safety certification. c.
