**Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00 hrs and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs **Benefits:** As per labor law **Job Responsibilities** * Perform payroll calculations, terminations, and settlements. * Generate payroll reports and receipts. * Record attendance incidents: vacations, delays, disabilities, permissions, etc. * Manage recruitment, hiring, and employee termination processes. * Maintain updated personnel databases and manage employment files. * IDSE/SUA/SIPARE/IMSS/INFONAVIT/FONACOT * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Support in employee recruitment processes * Personnel administration * Organizational climate and job satisfaction. * Job Requirements * CFDI receipt stamping. * Control of registrations, cancellations, and modifications in IMSS. * Preparation of SUA, IDSE and response to IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements. * Filing and document control of payroll movements. * Administrative support to the Human Resources department. **Experience:** >1 year in payroll with verifiable experience in HR topics **Skills:** Empathetic, frustration-tolerant, conflict resolution, assertive communication **Education:** University degree in related fields: Administration, Business Administration. **Competencies:** * Knowledge of payroll and HR * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT and ISR calculation. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Attention to detail, discretion, and organization. * Professional responsibility and ethics * Analytical and numerical ability * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication and teamwork Type of position: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Education Level: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * In the position: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site job
