A company in this sector is seeking a Labor Relations Analyst to join the Human Resources department and support incident management, regulatory compliance, and handling of personnel-related situations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in labor relations or human resources. Preferred age: 23 to 35 years old. Gender and marital status: no preference. Essential knowledge: Federal Labor Law. Procedures before the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry. Preparation and handling of administrative minutes. Handling and follow-up of labor disputes. Application of the Internal Work Regulations and internal policies. Main Functions: Prepare and follow up on administrative minutes. Advise managers and supervisors on the application of disciplinary sanctions. Document labor-related incidents. Coordinate termination and conciliation processes. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Additional Functions: Support the development and updating of internal policies, regulations, and internal process protocols in collaboration with external legal counsel. Follow up and coordinate labor claims. Compile and prepare documentation for submission to the legal department.
