You will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, providing first-level support to internal users, and proposing improvements to optimize technological resources. ### **Job Responsibilities:** * **User Support:** Respond to and resolve support tickets (on-site and remote) related to hardware, software, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and corporate applications. * **Infrastructure Management:** Administer servers (physical and virtual), Active Directory services, DNS, DHCP, and backups. * **Networking:** Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls; diagnose connectivity issues. * **Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. * **Documentation:** Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including procedures, inventories, and security policies. * **Cybersecurity:** Collaborate in implementing information security policies, antivirus management, and security updates. * **Customer Service:** Deliver an exceptional service experience with empathy and clear communication to end users. ### **What Are We Looking For? (Requirements)** **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields (Technical Diploma or University degree — currently enrolled or graduated). **Required Technical Knowledge:** * **Operating Systems:** Advanced proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\), and familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS). * **Virtualization:** Experience with VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox. * **Networking:** Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and firewall configuration (MikroTik, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.). * **Directories:** Active Directory administration, Group Policies (GPOs), and Exchange/Office 365\. * **Support Tools:** Proficiency with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (Jira, OTRS, Zendesk, etc.). * **Backups:** Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving under pressure. * Service orientation and attention to detail. * Teamwork and ability to collaborate across departments. * Proactivity toward continuous improvement and task automation.
