Will be responsible for establishing processes and policies for the Systems department, aligned with the organization's administrative and strategic objectives. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement processes for the Systems department, including equipment usage policies, backups, access, and digital security. * Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, printers, emails, etc.). * Manage internal network and internet connections by configuring devices, routers, VPNs, and security settings. * Monitor cybersecurity: passwords, antivirus, access controls, backups, and data recovery. * Maintain and manage inventories of equipment, licenses, and systems. * Propose technological improvements (administrative systems, attendance tracking, report automation, communication tools). * Follow up with technology vendors (internet, software, maintenance). * Train staff on best practices for using equipment and internal systems. * Prepare periodic reports on progress, incidents, and improvement proposals. * Verify that printers are in good working condition and functioning properly (submit appropriate reports to the vendor when a printer is malfunctioning). * Configure computing devices (both office-based and branch locations, as well as remote personnel). * Manage CCTV systems.
