Required Education: **High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree** Required Profession: **Accounting / Administration / Finance** Gender: **Indistinct** Age: **21 years or older** Additional Language: **NA** Suggested Experience: **1 year or more** Suggested Experience: **Accounting / Administration / Billing / Customer Service** Computer Skills: **Office Suite** Necessary Skills: **Computer Equipment Handling, Accounting Software or Package, SUA** Work Location: **Boca del Rio, Veracruz** Working Days: **Monday to Saturday** Rest Days: **Sunday** Willingness to Travel: **Yes** Relocation: **Desirable** Shift: **Daytime** Schedule: **Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm** **Organizational Responsibilities** * Represent BRAINS before its clients, suppliers, and personnel associated with the company's activities with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. * Manage and provide administrative, accounting, financial, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, tax, and accounting support services. * Support collection management and technical and administrative documentation with Brains' clients and suppliers. * Participate, monitor, and comply with Brains' quality management system. * Provide technical, logistical, and administrative support to Brains' organizational structure. **Main Functions** * Assist directors in managing customer and supplier requests and inquiries. * Update, register, store, and send received and issued information and/or documentation. * Request, collect, and record the process of invoices issued by the company during the corresponding period. * Review, compare, analyze, and interpret charged invoice data against counter-receipts obtained in the current month. * Obtain, record, and review per diem information from received invoices and deductible receipts for the period. * Prepare a monthly report of income and expenses for the period. * Manage and coordinate information related to payroll accounting reports. * Cross-check payroll accounting reports with information provided by IMSS. * Request, collect, record, and organize payroll stamping. * Update and review physical and digital folders of issued and received invoices. * Disburse economic resources for authorized per diems through Cross Loop. * Review, reconcile, and archive staff per diem documentation. * Request and review information provided by staff regarding resource requests for maintenance of movable and immovable assets. * Assist in compiling employee payroll files. * Prepare and promptly complete supporting documents and records generated in the fulfillment of duties and/or upon request by immediate or higher supervisor. * Request, review, and if necessary, request corrections to deliverable documents from service providers for each fiscal year. * Apply knowledge and best practices in corporate accounting within their area of competence.
