




**OBJECTIVE:** Ensure proper personnel assignment in accordance with appointment procedures and operational requirements for each shift, while monitoring compliance with the Internal Work Regulations and applicable safety standards according to assigned operations. **SKILLS:** * Fast and accurate preparation of daily appointments. * Recording and validation of incidents, absences, and movements. * Administration of documentation and records. * Organization and time management. * Personnel service and interaction. * Problem resolution. * Teamwork. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Basic knowledge of the IMSS Law. * Basic knowledge of the INFONAVIT Law. * Proficiency in Excel and Word for shift reporting. * Management of disabilities, leaves, and permits. **ACTIVITIES:** * Plan and prepare daily staffing schedules for temporary and unionized personnel according to operational area requirements, ensuring correct placement of employees in their workstations. * Update and manage files and controls: daily appointments, disabilities, leaves, specialties, attendance, entries and exits. * Submit affiliation movements to IMSS at the end of each appointment and coordinate disability documentation with Payroll and Safety & Hygiene departments. * Prepare and submit operational reports such as shift summary and timeline to supervisors and area management. * Process paperwork and documentation: permits, DEI, work notices, distribution of payroll receipts, supply and stationery requests. * Enforce and apply internal procedures, standards, and regulations (Internal Work Regulations, Collective Bargaining Agreement, Safety & Hygiene) among assigned personnel.
