Join our team as a Retail Floor Supervisor: How You’ll Make a Difference * Support the Store Manager in achieving maximum sales results and delivering an engaging experience for all internal and external customers. * Ensure effective customer service and direct selling through team motivation to meet sales targets. * Support business and talent strategies based on district goals. * Understand key company metrics. * Collaborate and communicate effectively with store staff. * Understand, maintain, and apply company policies, procedures, standards, practices, and guidelines. * Provide continuous feedback to associates through observation, training, and follow-up. * Train and develop associates based on company needs and their professional aspirations. * Ensure proper implementation of in-store sales promotions and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom to guarantee a clean, organized, and well-presented environment. * Ensure execution of signage kits, including banners, sales displays, and point-of-purchase materials. Skills for Success: · Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor · Experience managing metrics and inventory control · Ability to interact with customers and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Special Requirements: · Availability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
