Import Operations Supervisor

Position Summary: Leads an operational team and supervises import and customs clearance projects, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring KPI compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Constant communication with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Requirements: * + 3–5 years of experience in leadership roles in logistics, import operations, and customs clearance. + Analytical skills for decision-making and problem-solving. + Leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities. + Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel) and English language. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the assigned operational team. * Monitor and control fixed-asset import projects and customs clearance activities across all stages. * Coordinate import operations under Rule 2nd scheme. * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, warehouses, brokers, and other parties involved in the operation. * Provide customer service and support, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on requests. * Participate in daily meetings with suppliers and U.S.-based stakeholders in English. * Ensure compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for assigned projects. * Identify, control, and monitor operational deviations. * Supervise proper documentation and operational flow of imports. * Validate operational information and ensure adherence to internal processes. * Provide general operational support and coordination for import activities.
