We are a **medical equipment and supplies distribution company** serving the private sector, and we are looking for a key person to help us professionalize, structure, and strengthen Human Resources—becoming a pillar for the development of our team. Your mission You will be responsible for implementing and operating HR processes, ensuring a positive experience for employees and supporting business growth. Key responsibilities * Coordinate recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Design and implement the onboarding process for new hires. * Manage personnel files, employee movements, and employment documentation. * Monitor workplace climate and propose improvement actions. * Serve as the direct liaison between employees and the company, addressing questions and concerns. * Propose benefits, motivation initiatives, and internal communications aligned with the company’s reality. * Develop, within the medium term, a training plan and needs assessment (DNC). Profile we seek * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of basic labor legislation. * Ability to communicate effectively, organize processes, and work autonomously. * Proactive attitude, focus on continuous improvement, and proven employment stability.
