Opportunity for professional development Vacancy: Foreign Trade Manager Job Description At IVT, we are looking for a **Foreign Trade Manager** with experience in import and export operations, responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations, as well as optimizing the company’s international logistics processes. The position will play a strategic role in the proper management of customs operations, document control, and coordination with customs brokers, carriers, and regulatory authorities. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the company’s **import and export operations**. * Supervise proper compliance with **customs and tax regulations**. * Manage and review **import and export customs declarations (pedimentos)**. * Coordinate with **customs brokers, carriers, and logistics providers**. * Ensure compliance with applicable foreign trade regulations. * Control and administer **foreign trade documentation**. * Track **international shipments and international logistics**. * Analyze logistics costs and seek optimization in import and export processes. * Maintain up-to-date files and controls related to foreign trade. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Foreign Trade, International Business, Customs, or related field**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of experience in foreign trade**, preferably within industry. * Knowledge of: * Customs Law * Customs declarations (pedimentos) * Import and export operations * Coordination with customs brokers * International logistics * Proficiency in **Excel and administrative systems**. * Analytical and organizational skills.
