Support for students and teachers on educational platforms UNIVERSIDAD ICEL TLALPAN CAMPUS IS SEEKING: Support Assistant **Education:** Technical degree in computer systems and informatics **Experience:** 1 year in the systems field **Responsibilities:** * Maintain computer equipment. * Update operating systems. * Comply with and enforce guidelines for computer equipment usage. * Advise and provide support to users. * Assist students and teachers with access to institutional email, PwC system, and E-Learning platform. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00; Saturdays, 5 hours **Salary:** $9,559.80 monthly net plus benefits (IMSS, 30-day bonus, vacation, and educational scholarships) A current tax status certificate is required. **Work Location:** Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
