Requirements: Technical degree in computing, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Router, switch, and hub configuration.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by clients. Replace parts, track incidents, provide customer service, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve technical incidents and/or service requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
