**Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team as responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic solar systems. This role is essential to ensure sustainable, efficient, and safe energy solutions for our customers in Veracruz and surrounding areas. **Main Responsibilities** **Solar Equipment Installation** * Mounting solar panels on various types of surfaces. * Assembling and securing support structures according to technical standards. * Connecting solar systems to the electrical grid, complying with safety regulations. **Maintenance and Repairs** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous system operation. * Diagnosing and repairing technical faults. * Proper maintenance of tools and equipment used. **Technical Assessments and Customer Service** * Site inspection before and after installation to verify optimal conditions. * Preparing detailed reports on tasks performed. * Providing basic customer training on the operation and maintenance of their solar system. **Required Profile** **Experience:** * Minimum 1 to 2 years in solar installations or electrical-related work. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar technologies. **Education:** * Preferably a Technician in Electricity, Renewable Energy, or similar disciplines. **Skills:** * Ability to work at heights and outdoors. * Proficiency with technical tools and equipment. * Focus on safety and attention to detail. * Problem-solving ability and proactiveness. * Good communication skills. **Other Requirements:** * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel within the state and nearby areas as required by projects. **We Offer** * Base salary: 10,000 net monthly + 1,000 monthly bonus for productivity and punctuality. * Ongoing training in solar technologies. * Collaborative and stable work environment. * Free uniforms. **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** 8-hour workday **Contract Type:** Full-time **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in solar installations (Essential) Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Experience: * solar panel installer: 2 years (Required) * Photovoltaic system handling: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Federal driver's license Type A (Required) Work Location: On-site job
