Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced transport monitor skilled in GPS monitoring, customer service, and strong communication skills to manage trip and delivery status. Key Highlights: 1. Transport monitoring with direct contact with operators and customers 2. Management of trip and delivery status, ensuring timely and accurate delivery 3. Customer service and strong communication skills Responsibilities: * GPS monitoring \- direct contact with operators and customers * Tracking trip or delivery status * Verifying on-time and accurate departure (scheduled appointments are used) * Contact via telephone or WhatsApp * Minimum 6 months of experience as a transport monitor Requirements: * Experience in cargo transportation business * Customer service skills * GPS monitoring experience * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/finalized bachelor's degree * Strong communication skills Work Schedule: * Availability to rotate between day and night shifts Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Transportation management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
