Due to expansion, we are seeking a **BRAND SPECIFIER**. **Objective**: Responsible for prospecting, positioning our brand, including our products in material catalogs across various sectors of the national electrical hardware industry, as well as identifying participants in tenders and general business opportunities. **Requirements:** Education: University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product specification and technical sales roles, mandatory. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with commercial, residential, and industrial construction systems, as well as the ability to interpret construction blueprints. **Responsibilities:** Active prospecting within the construction sector (construction companies, developers, and architectural firms). Identification and follow-up of construction projects at various development stages (design, execution, finishing), focusing on product specification and placement opportunities. Reading and interpretation of architectural and installation plans to determine technical requirements. Site and corporate office visits to provide direct technical advisory and promote specific product solutions. Preparation of quotations and technical support for customers in the Wholesale Channel sector. Brand specification in projects from cities, architectural firms, and construction companies. Ensure proper integration of products into descriptive specifications, drawings, and executive project plans. Provide technical support based on actual project needs. Document the commercial and technical progress of each project in internal systems.
