




Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Assistant to develop and update unit prices for commercial furniture and civil works projects, analyzing costs and supporting budgeting activities. Support in budget and quotation integration We are looking for a Unit Price Assistant to join our team at a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of commercial furniture, as well as civil construction. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update unit prices for furniture and civil works projects. * Analyze direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, machinery, tools). * Support budget and quotation integration. * Review drawings and technical specifications. * Material quotation and supplier follow-up. * Generate unit price matrices based on knowledge of construction or furniture production processes. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years developing unit prices, budgets, or cost analyses. * Proficiency in unit pricing software (Neodata or similar). * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Attention to detail. * Organization and ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Enhanced benefits package * Job stability * Full IMSS salary coverage * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund Work location: Parque Industrial 2000 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Interested candidates please submit CV through this channel.
