**Job Requirements** · **Education:** Technical degree / incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Administration, HR, or related field). · **Experience:** Minimum 2 years coordinating or supervising operational staff (preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or service companies). · **Knowledge:** o Management of operational staff o Customer service and attention o Incident control and reporting o Basic Excel and digital tools usage o Basic safety and hygiene standards **Job Conditions** · Flexible working hours · Availability to travel to service locations · Field and office work. **Functions and Responsibilities — Personnel Management** · Coordinate and supervise operational staff and supervisors. · Prepare and manage work schedules, shifts, and coverage. · Verify staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. · Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. · Apply disciplinary measures according to internal policies. · Resolve labor conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. · Ensure proper use of uniforms, equipment, and materials. **Customer Service** · Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients. · Address customer complaints, suggestions, and requests. · Follow up on requests and ensure service satisfaction. · Conduct site visits to verify service quality and compliance. · Prepare incident reports and improvement proposals. · Maintain constant, professional communication with clients. **Operational Control** · Supervise service execution according to contracts and schedules. · Monitor usage of cleaning supplies and materials. · Report operational incidents and propose solutions. · Support internal audits and quality reviews. · Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
