Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring the proper application of customer service protocols and standards. Supervises the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and expense control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure service quality standards by monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the branch. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and shelving, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate subordinates using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
