### **JOB PROFILE** **Position:** Cost Coordinator **Department:** Finance \| Costs **Level:** Coordination **Reports to:** Finance and Administration Management **Indirect Reporting:** Finance Management ### **Job Objective** Responsible for the preparation, control, and analysis of costs, as well as product profitability, ensuring reliable financial information to support the organization’s strategic decision-making. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate costing of products in production. * Analyze and monitor the profitability of each product. * Review, update, and validate selling prices. * Prepare monthly production cost reports. * Generate and maintain an updated list of input prices for restaurants. * Indirectly coordinate the CEDIS warehouse, CEDIS shipping, and CEDIS customs departments. * Ensure compliance with established financial indicators for the department. ### **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. **Experience:** Proven experience in product costing and accounting. **Additional Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. * Professional license or related certification is desirable. ### **Competencies** **Soft Skills:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. **Technical Competencies:** * Professional attitude (High). * Analytical aptitude. * Impeccable handling of information. * Commitment to results. ### **Working Conditions** **Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers at 7%. * Statutory benefits.
