Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of experience or more as Branch Submanager in the food and beverage industry. · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Administration, or related field. · Availability to work flexible hours according to operational needs. Responsibilities: · Understand and ensure achievement of branch operational objectives (sanitation, hygiene, handling of utensils and work areas, customer service, and sales activities). · Ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence. · Train and develop the store team in various functions performed at the location. · KPI management. · Activities with suppliers (CEDIS, maintenance, and store functionality).
