Madero, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AN ACCOUNTING FIRM WITH 23 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING **"ACCOUNTING ANALYST"** REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree completion preferred). Relevant experience in accounting roles, such as Accounting Assistant, Analyst, or similar positions. Proficiency in Excel: pivot tables and formulas. Strong command of ASPEL COI and SAE. Experience in monthly / annual / PF and PM tax filings. Flexible availability for working hours. SKILLS: Teamwork and assertive communication. Proactivity and punctuality. Results-oriented mindset. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing accounting entries using dynamic journal entries and bulk uploads. Preparing financial statements. Reconciling the trial balance. Consolidating account balances. Filing monthly tax returns. Filing the annual tax return. Using SAT, Infonavit, and 3% payroll platforms. Preparing pre-closing reports. WE OFFER: Base monthly salary of $12,000 to $14,000 net Statutory benefits plus additional benefits Meal vouchers, savings fund, and company benefits Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs.
