OBJECTIVE: COORDINATE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ASSIGNED WORK TEAM, ENSURING TIMELY ARRIVAL OF UNITS, CORRECT PICKUP, AND EFFICIENCY OF THE UNIQUE SERVICE PROCESS (PUS), THEREBY GUARANTEEING OPERATIONAL FLOW AND EFFICIENCY. SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES -Route monitoring: Point-to-point tracking of all assigned routes. -Time window validation: Review and validate time windows. In case of incidents or disruptions, close the point and open a new time window to ensure operational continuity. -Communication with the seller to manage TOC cases and resolve issues arising during pickup. -Case follow-up: Effectively and promptly track cases reported by dispatchers and/or TOC. -Cubeout validation: Confirm cube-out status, as well as positioning and tracking of rescue units when necessary. -Status updates: Keep the collection status of each IS updated. In case of NO collection, record the incident reason (early or late). -Complement unit communication: Notify complement units via WAPP groups. -Operational status reporting: Communicate operational status via WAPP groups, GCHAT, and email at least once per hour. REQUIREMENTS -High school diploma (technical track) -Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills. -Ability to analyze incidents in real time. -Data entry accuracy and file handling proficiency. -Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics monitoring, operations, or related positions. -Proficiency with route monitoring platforms and logistics management systems. -Operational registration and reporting processes. -Communication skills -Customer-oriented active listening -Transportation coordination, goods distribution, and supply chain management -Basic knowledge of performance metrics and report preparation.
