A company operating in the restaurant, bakery, and pastry sectors seeks to hire a Human Resources Generalist to lead and formalize its Human Resources department. Position Objective: Design, structure, and operate the Human Resources department, ensuring proper personnel administration, effective recruitment, and establishment of controls and procedures aligned with business growth. Main Responsibilities: -Personnel administration (hiring, termination, incidents, personnel files). -Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. -Development and monitoring of HR controls, policies, and procedures. -Support in labor relations and employee assistance. -Coordination of payroll-related incidents. -Compliance with statutory benefits and labor regulations. -Support in onboarding, workplace climate, and internal organization. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. -Prior experience as HR Manager or HR Coordinator. -Knowledge of personnel administration, recruitment, and payroll. -Ability to structure processes and work autonomously. -Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation. -Experience in operational businesses (restaurants, retail, services) is desirable.
