




Job Opening: Documentation and Process Assistant **Location:** Plaza Galerías / Parque Metropolitano Area, Guadalajara, Jalisco **Salary:** $13,800 gross monthly + statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Position Objective We are seeking an organized, proactive individual to support the **documentation, diagramming, and standardization of basic internal processes**, as well as collaborate on **workplace climate initiatives** that strengthen team motivation and productivity. Ideal Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related Engineering fields (recent graduates welcome). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in administrative processes or procedure documentation. * Strong skills in clear, approachable communication. * Empathy and willingness to work collaboratively in teams. * Preferred age: 20–30 years. Key Competencies * Organization and systematization of procedures. * Development of manuals and process diagrams. * Proficiency with basic documentation tools (Word, Excel, flowcharts). * Analytical ability and capacity to propose improvements. * Support for integration and recognition initiatives. Main Responsibilities * Document and diagram basic procedures by department. * Develop operational manuals and guidelines. * Design and administer workplace climate surveys. * Propose actions to improve the organizational environment. * Collaborate with the HR department on wellness initiatives.
