




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst for Caja Popular Mexicana to handle vacancy coverage, manage promotions, process payroll-related matters, and provide advisory support to employees. Collaboration with external authorities on health and safety matters **Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana:** We are looking for a candidate for an **On-site** position who will contribute to our institution’s success as a **Human Resources Analyst**. **Responsibilities:** * Fill vacancies at branches and offices in accordance with defined strategies, objectives, and guidelines. * Execute employee promotion processes at branches and offices based on established development and growth programs. * Timely processing and reporting of payroll-related issues affecting employee earnings or deductions (e.g., incidents, disabilities, new hires, terminations, position changes), as well as providing advisory support to employees. * Advise employees on the interpretation and compliance with internal HR regulations, as well as institutional health and safety recommendations and measures. * Administer documentation and evidence related to the implementation of payroll plans and processes, labor relations, health and safety, talent acquisition and integration, and organizational development. * Collaborate with external authorities involved in health and safety processes—including Civil Protection, the Ministry of Labor and Social Prevention, and the Ministry of Health and Assistance—during inspection visits within your area, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Carry out, in coordination with and with approval from the Labor Relations Department, personnel termination procedures, voluntary resignations, administrative reports, warnings, final settlements, severance payments, and personnel incidents. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience performing HR-related activities * Experience handling Success Factors preferred * Experience with Pandapé and Evaluatest platforms preferred * Ability to operate a standard vehicle * Availability for mobility **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Attendance bonus, punctuality bonus, grocery vouchers, savings fund, life insurance.
