Join this great family as: **Credit Advisor** Job Objective: Execute departmental processes and sales of Financial Products and Services according to directives from Management, based on Policies, Procedures, and Business requirements, to deliver a quality customer service experience and increase business profitability. Key Job Responsibilities: \* Address customer needs in accordance with Policies and Procedures to deliver a quality customer service experience and increase business profitability. \* Sell financial products aligned with the company’s commercial offering and strategy, and improve financial product performance indicators. \* Collaborate to achieve group and individual financial business objectives as defined by established performance indicators, to attain the profitability required by Management. \* Perform administrative tasks related to customer service in compliance with established Policies and Procedures, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of customer files.
