Prepare drawings, technical reports, and detailed budgets. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related fields; degree preferred. Experience in municipal infrastructure projects. Advanced proficiency in surveying tools and design software (e.g., CivilCAD, Civil 3D).
