MAJOR MEXICAN TECHNICAL SUPPORT COMPANY REQUIRES A SERVICE ENGINEER EXPERIENCE: Preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment (minimum 1 year) Hardware/Software activities Fault diagnosis on equipment (PCs, laptops) Installation/configuration of multifunction devices User/customer support Network experience (punch-down, structured cabling, installation of switches, routers, nodes, IP networks) On-site and remote support Fieldwork (local and out-of-town assignments) REQUIREMENTS: Minimum high school diploma (Bachillerato) Valid documentation Experience in similar positions (minimum 1 year preferred).
