No specialized experience is required; however, candidates must demonstrate a **teamwork attitude**, ability to quickly learn new tasks, consistency, and care for materials. It is essential to follow instructions, conduct quality inspections of components prior to release, maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, and promptly report any issues.
