We are seeking a **Communication and Customer Service Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** \* Creation of visual and written content (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) \* Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) \* Creative writing for posts and messages \* Content scheduling and planning using management tools \* Analysis of metrics and preparation of reports \* Customer service and community management \* Handling complaints and empathetic communication **Requirements:** \* 1 year of experience in similar positions \* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field \* Knowledge of digital trends and current formats \* Creativity \* Proactivity \* Adaptability to change \* Organization and time management \* Ability to respond promptly to the community \* Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) \* Effective communication skills ***Statutory benefits, social security, INFONAVIT, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, and paid vacations.*** **Work schedule**: 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. **Work location:** Calle Dos, Lot 17, Canacintra Industrial Park, Mineral de la Reforma, Hgo.
