Continuously monitor process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and cycle time to ensure production requirements and area quality standards are met. Responsible for material feeding and verifying its proper alignment and adjustment before starting the cycle. Constantly interact with support departments such as maintenance, quality, and production to coordinate activities and ensure operational continuity, resolving any incidents or anomalies that arise. Follow industrial safety guidelines and ensure work conditions are safe for all involved. **Basic Job Responsibilities:** * Inspect raw materials against the work order. * Complete the safety checklist. * Operate machinery. * Check machine safety guards and air pressure. * Release first pieces of products. * Inspect finished parts against the work order drawing or blueprint. * Keep the work area organized using an hourly board, reporting and verifying production progress and downtime during shifts by applying 6S principles. * Deliver finished product to manual labor or packaging. **Other Responsibilities:** * Perform job tasks according to category I of the pay scale and area. * Represent corporate culture values. * Safeguard the safety and physical integrity of your coworkers. * Support other departments. Requirements: **Minimum Requirements** * Education – High School / Preparatory School * Experience – In manufacturing industry, operation handling, supervision. * Basic computer equipment usage. * Technical skills – Machinery operation, preventive maintenance on measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, among others. * Soft skills: Patience, perseverance, teamwork, resilience, shop floor work, verbal and written communication, active listening. **Required Skills** * Teamwork. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Focus on Quality. * Frustration tolerance. **Work Schedule** Shift rotation availability **Type of Contract** 3 months fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite-term contract.
