By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be oneself and share their unique experience. #### **Our Benefits** Prioritizing employee well-being, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including: * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What Will Be Your Contribution to the Team?** * You will be responsible for manufacturing urgent parts, machined and bent components required by any workplace using conventional equipment based on drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards. * You will operate manual or mechanical bending machines to perform bends on sheets, bars, or metal profiles. * You will verify the general condition of machines before use (cleanliness, oil levels, basic calibration). * You will read and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensional tolerances, scales, surface finish types, and geometries. * You will identify materials and their properties to select appropriate machining parameters. * You will mount parts on lathes/milling machines ensuring correct alignment and secure clamping, as well as select, install, and adjust cutting tools (cutting bits, end mills, drills, etc.). * You will adjust cutting speeds, feeds, and depths according to material and operation type. * You will perform operations such as turning, facing, grooving, threading, drilling, reaming, and milling on parts of varying complexity. * You will control dimensional quality using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators, among others. * You will adjust stops, guides, and bending angles according to drawings. * You will verify measurements and angles using protractors, squares, and gauges. * You will inspect finished parts against drawings and tolerances. * You will detect deviations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product compliance. * You will perform daily cleaning of equipment. * You will report anomalies or mechanical failures to the maintenance department or supervisor. * You will lubricate moving parts according to manufacturer instructions. * You will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. * You will comply with safety, order, and cleanliness policies in the work area. * You will handle waste (chips, oils) according to established procedures. * You will document all changes made, including parameter adjustments and any issues encountered during the first-piece approval process. * You will collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and production staff to coordinate model changeovers and resolve any arising issues. * You will feed and manage KPIs related to model changeovers. * You will provide training to other operators on new configurations and procedures related to the model. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?
