Personnel management Job Objective Advise, support, and monitor the implementation of the company's Occupational Safety and Health policies, regulations, procedures, and legal requirements—as well as those of various business partners—to deliver high-quality service and comply with current safety legislation and the company's established objectives. Main Responsibilities • Conduct safety meetings with staff at the start of each shift: 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. • Review, monitor, and disseminate internal and client safety indicators. • Conduct safety inspections. • Inform all personnel within your production unit about associated hazards and risks, and monitor those that cannot be eliminated. • Follow up on safety requests made by the client. • Train and/or provide on-site feedback to operational staff. • Adhere to the client’s mandated entry/exit schedules for service delivery. • Evaluate on-site personnel’s use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to identified risks. • Complete checklists for equipment/materials/tools used by personnel in their activities. • Prepare internal reports and reports requested by the client. • Provide on-site feedback to personnel and feedback requested by the client. • Submit RNC (Non-Conformance Report) control via email to HR, the Safety Officer, and Safety Management. • Develop safety talk materials (e.g., presentation slides) per the plant’s weekly program and share them with staff via WhatsApp. Requirements • Desired education level: Completed Bachelor’s degree or related Engineering degree. • Minimum 1 year of experience supervising high-risk work or industrial safety-related tasks. • Knowledge of safety standards. • Personnel management experience. • Flexible availability regarding working hours. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Conflict resolution skills. • D.L O F.V.
