User support and system administration IT Support and Services Engineer **PROFILE:** Gender: Not specified Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Technical Degree in Informatics, Technologist, or Technical High School Diploma 1 year of experience General knowledge of control panels Level 1 and Level 2 technical support Process documentation Project management User support Ticket portal management Bot administration IT asset inventory management Moodle usage Office 365 General knowledge of computing infrastructure and networks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide user support for consultations and incident resolution, Generate weekly reports on resolved and ongoing tickets, Route purchase requests to the Executive Assistant through the coordinator, Request services from Level 2 and Level 3 Support Engineers, Coordinate with service coordination and track progress, Configure and assign standardized equipment, Evaluate, analyze, and propose improvements to technical support processes, Route inventory requirements to the Specialist Engineer, Provide general support including user creation, campaign assignment, image updates, new bot templates, and surveys, Properly manage user requests via the ticketing system, and know and master all platforms requiring user support (e.g., TeamViewer). **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary Weekly net pay 25% bonus after the fourth month of employment Statutory benefits Please apply through this channel.
