By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be oneself and share their unique experience. ### **Bombardier Benefits Program** With employee well-being as a top priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance (Dental, medical, life, disability, and more) * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What are your contributions to the team?** * Product delivery process + Certify the product in the final phase + Create, assign, and determine delivery documentation for movement or shipment * Non-conformance reporting + Assist, support, coordinate, and resolve + Review engineering requirements and preliminary investigations + Prepare non-conformance reports, analyze recurring issues, and communicate results to Production and Methods based on non-conformance documentation information + Approve disposition at the appropriate stage according to Quality MRB role + Lead and coordinate the natural team to develop corrective and preventive actions for major issues in non-conformance reports + Perform inventory purge documentation, analysis of top offenders by supplier, reporting and evaluation of results, and coordinate with cross-site quality for corrective action follow-up * First article inspection reports + Execute FAI requirements + Communicate pass/fail information to the appropriate inspection and verification function + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production verification stamps by area * Customer inquiries (internal and external) + Support customer inquiries and investigation of concerns + Monitor product to prevent recurrence of issues (CPN Customer Protection Notice, CAB Customer Action Board) * Conformity process + Create built record conformity packages + Interact with Andon and natural teams + Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System + Certify product upon completion of conformity processing * Train and properly select team members to handle shop floor corrective action equipment related to the appropriate inspection process ### **What do you need to succeed in this role? Skills, knowledge, and experience:** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering * You have 1 to 5 years of experience as a quality inspector, preferably in aerospace assemblies * You have 1 to 5 years of experience using: GD&T, Quality tools, Lean Manufacturing practices (Six Sigma, Green Belt) * You have intermediate-level English proficiency * You have knowledge of Office 360 and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!** Note: It is not necessary to possess all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position.
