**PAYROLL ASSISTANT**
At **MEGSA**, we are looking for an organized, analytical, and reliable individual to join our Payroll Department as a **Payroll Assistant**, responsible for supporting weekly payroll calculation and processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments, as well as proper tracking of attendance, incidents, employee benefits, and deductions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect time clock records and attendance lists.
* Consolidate attendance data and validate captured information.
* Enter payroll benefits, deductions, and withholdings into the system.
* Support payroll disbursement and follow-up on no-debt vouchers.
* Prepare payroll summaries by project and support weekly payroll closing.
* Download payroll registers and CFDIs by project.
* Track corporate cards and payroll receipt signatures.
* Archive physical and digital documentation for weekly payroll.
* Provide employee support for payroll-related inquiries.
**Required Profile**
* Education in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**.
* Minimum **1 year** of experience in roles such as **Payroll Assistant** or **Payroll Analyst**.
* Proficiency in **Excel, Word, corporate email**, and systems including **CONTPAQ i Payroll** and **Comercial**.
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting attendance records and incident tracking.
