Job stability **Position:** Automotive Mechanical Technician **Company:** Nissan Autocom **Position Objective:** To efficiently and professionally perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring accurate execution of all work in accordance with brand standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (minor and major services). * Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment. * Repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering systems. * Meet established service order delivery timelines. * Ensure quality in every task performed per brand standards. * Accurately document completed work on service orders. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Properly handle and use assigned tools and equipment. * Promptly report additional parts requirements. * Comply with workshop safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably at an automotive dealership). * Knowledge of general mechanics, electronic diagnostics, and scanner usage. * Ability to work under pressure and toward targets. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. **We Offer:** * Piece-rate compensation scheme * Statutory benefits * Continuous training provided by the brand * Opportunity for professional growth * Discounts on services, parts, and vehicles * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Employee referral program * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
