Development of conceptual catalogs and economic proposals 2. Quantification and detailed analysis of unit prices 3. Construction scheduling and calculation of cost overruns Construction Company Seeks: UNIT PRICE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * (Specialization in unit pricing) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with OPUS/NEODATA, AUTOCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: * Preparation of conceptual catalogs, generators, and economic proposals. * Development of conceptual catalogs * Quantification and analysis of unit prices * Construction scheduling * Calculation of cost overruns * Knowledge of construction materials and processes * Reconciliation of quantities and unit prices.
