Position: Anesthesia Assistant Professional * **Salary:** $12,000 – $18,000 MXN gross monthly (depending on experience, profile, and level of responsibility) * **Employment Scheme:** 100% payroll * **Benefits:** As mandated by law Available Shifts: * Morning: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm * Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm * Night (tertiary): 8:00 pm – 8:00 am * *Work schedule is Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.* Work Location: Assigned Hospital \- Morelia. Main Responsibilities (by level): * Supervise and accompany operational staff to ensure hospital efficiency. * Ensure proper functioning of anesthesia and monitoring equipment. * Support the anesthesiologist during procedures, ensuring availability of supplies and continuous assistance. * Manage inventory of medications, materials, and equipment. * Document incidents, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. * Maintain strategic communication with physicians and clients. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree candidates (near graduation). * Desired experience in healthcare, services, or nursing (not mandatory for entry-level positions). * Knowledge of patient care and anesthesia equipment. * Skills: leadership, service orientation, teamwork, attention to detail, effective communication.
