Title: CAD/BIM Project Designer (2D/3D Modeling) — Budgets and Executive Projects
Summary: We are seeking a project designer with experience in 2D and 3D modeling (CAD/BIM), budget preparation, and development of executive projects to join our design and construction team. A responsible professional with strong technical communication skills and the ability to coordinate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models consistent with project scope (detailed and construction-oriented).
Develop executive projects and technical documentation for implementation (drawings, specifications, construction details).
Prepare and review construction budgets, quantity take-offs, and material lists.
Coordinate and review deliverables with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
Review interferences and generate construction solutions (clash detection, if applicable).
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and control versioning.
Support site visits and resolve technical queries during construction execution.
Mandatory Requirements:
Technical or university degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial design, or related field.
Minimum experience: 3 years as a project designer or in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or others).
Proven experience in budget preparation and quantity take-offs.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and drawing quality control.
Ability to work with architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Desirable Competencies:
Experience in BIM (coordination, modeling, interdisciplinary coordination).
Knowledge of Navisworks, Presto, MS Project, or similar tools.
Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet applications (Excel) and measurement software.
Familiarity with Neodata or Opus is desirable.
